Open Positions
Residential Technician
You'll be the face of HoneyBee — visiting homeowners across the Phoenix metro to perform thorough seasonal inspections, preventative maintenance, and skilled repairs. Every day is different: one morning you're checking HVAC filters and plumbing pressure, the next you're patching drywall or replacing a water heater. You'll build real relationships with our members and be someone they genuinely look forward to seeing.
Requirements
- •Valid AZ driver's license with clean driving record
- •1+ years experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general handyman work
- •Strong communication and customer service skills
- •Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor/confined spaces
- •Smart phone for scheduling and job reporting

Field Supervisor
Lead a team of 4 to 8 technicians in the field and be the operational heartbeat of our service delivery. You'll coordinate daily dispatches, mentor junior techs, resolve complex job situations, and help us build a culture of quality and accountability. This role is for someone who's earned their stripes in the field and is ready to step into leadership — without leaving the work behind completely.
Requirements
- •5+ years of hands-on experience in residential home services
- •Previous supervisory or lead technician experience
- •Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- •Proficient in scheduling and job management software
- •HVAC or plumbing license a strong plus

Commercial Inspector
Work with property managers, landlords, and business owners to deliver detailed facility assessments and ongoing inspection contracts. You'll walk commercial properties, document systems, write professional reports, and build long-term relationships with our commercial clients. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and enjoys the variety of working across different property types.
Requirements
- •Knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing)
- •Inspection certification (HI, InterNACHI, or similar) preferred
- •Strong written communication — you'll be producing client-facing reports
- •Experience with commercial or multi-family properties
- •Valid driver's license

Emergency Response Technician
When a homeowner's pipe bursts at midnight or their AC fails on a 115°F Phoenix afternoon — you're who we call. This role is all about rapid response, calm under pressure, and solving urgent problems quickly and professionally. You'll handle our 24/7 emergency dispatch queue, often being the first to diagnose critical situations and communicate clearly with worried homeowners. Premium pay reflects the premium responsibility.
Requirements
- •On-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays (rotating schedule)
- •Experience in emergency plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repair
- •Ability to diagnose problems quickly under pressure
- •Valid AZ driver's license
- •Excellent communication skills — you'll be talking to stressed homeowners
